Don Bosco Identity

Don Bosco’s Educational System

As a Catholic Salesian School in the country, Don Bosco Technical College (formerly Don Bosco Technology Center) aims at forming an Educative Pastoral Community where your sons can grow into good Christians and honest Filipino citizens according to the pedagogy and spirituality of St. John Bosco.

Don Bosco aims to mold students into HONEST CITIZENS and GOOD CHRISTIANS.

In keeping with the family spirit of St. John Bosco, the school’s system of education is characterized by REASON, RELIGION and LOVING KINDNESS and by the commitment to build an atmosphere where the students are put in the “moral impossibility of offending God” or in short, the school uses the Preventive System of Education.

This means that the school aims at instilling the values, attitudes and skills of good citizenship. Above all, it commits itself to equip the young with the attitudes and values of the Gospel and the Catholic Faith so that the young may begin to live in such a way as to fulfill life’s ultimate purpose – SALVATION OF SOULS.

The school also distinguishes itself by giving emphasis to Technological Work of Education not only because of the demands of developing country like the Philippines but also because of the effectiveness of Work Education for self-discipline and responsibility.
